RESTORATIVE YOGA
Thursdays 5:30-6:30 PM
Offered at Grace Tree Yoga Studio
This class is a gentle and passive restorative practice using props to support the body and yoga postures that are held for a longer duration. This is a great practice to invite the release of muscle tightness, stress reduction, and relax the body, mind, and spirit. Soft music, dimmer lighting, essential oils, and props are used to create a relaxing environment.
Bolsters, blocks and straps are provided. You are welcome to bring your own props, including blanket(s) and an eye pillow. Restorative Yoga is suitable for all students regardless of yoga experience.

PEACEFUL MORNING FLOW
Saturdays 10:30-11:30 AM
Offered at Grace Tree Yoga Studio
This slow flow class will guide students through gentle movements designed to promote flexibility and bring balance to the body. We will slow down, relax our nervous system, breath deeply and mindfully move our bodies through a soothing sequence, leaving students feeling centered and at peace. This practice is ideal for all levels and those looking to slow down the pace of life and enjoy the moment!
