Step onto your mat for an uplifting, one-hour yoga experience designed to energize your body, free your mind, and connect you with community. Empower Hour blends dynamic yoga sequences with fun, high-vibe music to inspire movement and joy. You’ll flow, stretch, and strengthen while building confidence and resilience both on and off the mat. This class is about more than just poses—it’s about sharing energy, celebrating progress, and leaving with a sense of empowerment that carries into the rest of your day. All levels are welcome!

PEACEFUL MORNING FLOW
Saturdays 10:30-11:30 AM
Offered at Grace Tree Yoga Studio
This slow flow class will guide students through gentle movements designed to promote flexibility and bring balance to the body. We will slow down, relax our nervous system, breath deeply and mindfully move our bodies through a soothing sequence, leaving students feeling centered and at peace. This practice is ideal for all levels and those looking to slow down the pace of life and enjoy the moment!
